1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GST) or on a Friday, Saturday, or public holiday will begin processing the next business day.
  • During sale periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We'll notify you of any significant delay.
  • You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number where applicable.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Within Dubai

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Express/Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before [Insert Cut-off Time], subject to courier availability

Rest of UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders within the UAE up to AED [X].

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
